We often will send in 2 cleaning experts at one time, to ensure that the job is done thoroughly. This also allows our cleaners to have the job done in half of the time!

At this time, we do not clean short term rentals/Airbnb’s that we do not manage. To chat about our Property Management services, please contact us!

Bedrooms

  • If you leave us fresh bedding, we will make up the bed. If not, then we will use the original bedding. We do not launder bedding.

  • Surfaces wiped
  • Baseboards vacuumed
  • Doors and walls spot wiped
  • Light fixtures and fans dusted (if they can be reached)
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Scrubbing trim and baseboards is extra
  • We only move furniture that is reasonable

Bathrooms

  • Sinks cleaned
  • Shower and tub cleaned
  • Toilet cleaned
  • Countertop cleaned

  • Trash emptied and cleaned
  • Floors hand washed
  • Fans wiped

Living Room

  • Decor dusted
