All window coverings visible to the outside of the building must be white, off-white or beige in colour. No tenant shall paint or otherwise decorate the interior of their unit. If the applicant has hardwood floors, the tenant agrees to install an area rug to diminish noise transfer between suites.

Barbeques, Satellite Dishes and Natural Christmas Trees are Prohibited.

BE AWARE that upon vacating your unit it MUST be thoroughly cleaned. All carpets MUST be professionally cleaned (if applicable). There will be a charge made against your account to cover cleaning the unit and carpets if NOT done by you.

IF THIS APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED, THE APPLICANT UNDERSTANDS THAT THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL ALSO BE USED AND DISCLOSED FOR RESPONDING TO EMERGENCIES, ENSURING THE ORDERLY MANAGEMENT OF THE TENANCY AND COMPLYING WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.
